Thuto Letlotlo NPC is a registered non-profit company established to address youth unemployment and the growing skills gap facing communities across South Africa.
Founded by educators, digital-learning practitioners and technical professionals, we bridge traditional education and modern workplace technology. Our work serves teachers, communities and young people—particularly those Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET).

AI Foundations for South African Teachers
A practical, CAPS-aligned course covering AI foundations, prompt design, lesson planning, assessment, administration, ethics and future skills. The intended outcome is a ready-to-use teaching portfolio for every participant.
Solar for Schools, Skills for Youth
The proposed model uses school rooftop solar installations as supervised training sites where unemployed youth can gain accredited renewable-energy experience before certification, placement or self-employment.

Learners receive foundational training from accredited external training providers engaged by Thuto Letlotlo NPC.
In-House Development
Continuous courses are facilitated with accredited trainers while suitable learnerships are sourced and monitored.
Placement & Progression
Learners enter traineeship or learnership attachments, supporting their transition into employment or enterprise.
